How do I become a member?

Simply fill out the membership form, pick and pay for your membership, and you are ready to go!

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

There is a 30 day notice required for membership cancellation. The membership is an automatic monthly renewal similar to a gym membership.

Question 3

Can I get a refund if I don’t use any of my hours?

Accepted Answer

There are no refunds on unused hours, however we understand life happens. If you need to reschedule a booked appointment, you will need to do so 24 hours in advance. If you are a member you will be able to reschedule as long as you are within the same month. Hours do not rollover or accumulate.

Can I customize my package and substitute one space for another?

The packages are set and spaces cannot be substituted

Can I bring my own engineer?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Due to the state of the art equipment within Space Create, each engineer will have to meet with our lead recording creator and be approved for studio use. Our studio booking fee includes a qualified Space Create engineer.

Do I have to be a member to book at Space Create?

No you don’t, we offer services a la carte as well.
